Athens Service Desk - supports Athens and OpenAthens customers who have any questions about the operation and use of the service and interfaces. They also provide technical support for any OpenAthens software you’re using (SP and LA).
Eduserv Help - provides non-technical support for anyone with more general queries: this could be about your licence, an invoicing query or even if you just need to chat about options and costs.
