AthensDA software downloads

The following AthensDA sofware is now available under GPL:

• ActiveX (v1.0.3)  
  Revised on 11 March 2008 to support OpenAthens SP resources.
• Perl (v1.1)  
  Revised on 04 July 2008 to support latest CBC module.
• Perl (v1.0)  
  Revised to separate the XAP and UAI functionality and contains improved inline comments.
• Java (v1.0)  
  Contains an API for the packet classes, a reference web XAP and an example LDAP UAI.

Tested on the following platforms:
