We use bulk upload files to create and/or amend Athens accounts. Do I need to change these uploads?

If you want to change your bulk upload files to create accounts with permission sets, you need to do the following:

• make sure you have created at least one permission set
• If you want to allocate all default permission sets owned by the administrator to an account, you will need to specify DEF in the All resources column (the 28th column, or AB in the Excel spreadsheet template, for personal accounts)
• If you want to allocate one or more specific permission sets to an account, you will need to specify PS in the All resources column (the 28th column, or AB in the Excel spreadsheet template), then specify the permission set ID in the 29th column, or AC in the Excel spreadsheet (if more than one permission set is to be allocated, specify the other permission set ID(s) in subsequent columns).
