It is possible but we advise against it. It means that the original account will remain in the system as a redundant account and the administrator will have to delete it. To avoid this, users should be encouraged to contact their administrator who will reset their password or to use the reset forgotten password function available from the Login Help on the MyAthens login page. This will not apply if sites create all personal accounts centrally (i.e. manually or via Bulk Uploads).
