This change made to the terms and conditions recognises that:
(i) many licences granted to organisations by service providers for use of electronic resources; and
(ii) codes adopted by groups such as the UK Access Management Federation
encourage systems that require User IDs to be unique and not re-used.
Accordingly, the addition of section 1.1.14 merely reflects in the use of the Eduserv Athens service, the obligations that organisations already have as a result of the agreements into which they have already entered. For example, members of the UK Access Management Federation should refer to the Rules of Membership (http://www.ukfederation.org.uk/library/uploads/Documents/rules-of-membership.pdf) and, in particular, section 6.
