What if an administrator is away?

Sub-administrators can be 'impersonated' by the domain administrator or by any other administrator above them in the hierarchy. Alternatively an administrator can 'delegate' their administrator account to a colleague, who can perform their duties in their absence. It is always advisable for an administrator to nominate a backup person, especially Domain Administrators.
