Can a personal account user change his account details?

An email message is sent to the user when the account is created. Depending on the method used by the administrator for account creation, the user receives a username and password or a clickable link with an activation code.  Once logged into MyAthens, the users can go to the 'My details' page. Details of the administrator are also included in the message.
