Eduserv is pleased to invite you to the annual DSP seminar on Tuesday 2nd October at Sadler’s Wells, London. Over the last twelve months, we have seen the launch of the UK Access Management Federation for Education and Research and new technologies such as OpenID, Cardspace and Shibboleth 2.0 emerge.
The 2007 seminar will focus on meeting the challenges we all face in keeping abreast of new developments in access management, adopting new technologies and providing access to users in new federations.
Eduserv will be presenting OpenAthens SP at the event; a brand new platform designed to meet the needs of Service Providers in managing access from users belonging to Athens and other federated Identity Providers (IdPs). OpenAthens SP is the next generation Service Provider software and incorporates a modular architecture making it easy to add new modules to adopt new standards (SAML, Shibboleth, OpenID etc) and new functionality. The platform is available as a free upgrade for all existing licensed Athens DSPs.
Sadler’s Wells is conveniently located at the top of Rosebery Avenue at the heart of the popular Islington and Clerkenwell areas. It is 250 meter walk from Angel tube station (Northern Line City Branch Trains run every few minutes northbound to Kings Cross and Euston and southbound to Bank and London Bridge).
