Athens charging model

Subscribing to the Athens service will bring your organisation many advantages:

• Exposure to decision makers at major libraries
• Leading edge access management technology and our commitment to interoperability with future standards
• Reduced operational costs for user account administration by devolving it to the Athens service

Due to the unique way in which Eduserv operates, we are able to offer exceptional value. Charges are based on two elements:

1. A one-off registration fee per resource.
2. An annual maintenance charge based on the number of Athens organisations enabled to access a licensee’s resources. Please refer to the list of Athens organisations.
