Allocation to sites

The primary method of allocating resources to sites is via the resources section of the DSP interface. You are also able to remove access and customise the emails that advise your customers of the change there. Brief instructions on how to allocate/remove accessare available online.

If you have any problems with the online interface, our service desk (athenshelp@eduserv.org.uk) will be happy to allocate resources on your behalf on receipt of an email containing the following information:

• the name of the service for which access should be granted
• the customer organisation’s name
• the customer's numeric Athens organisation ID
